Workshop on Human Resource Policy Lahore 2002

An HR policy is a set of rules designed to organize the management of a company's human resources. HR policy covers all areas related to human resources: work organization, recruitment, compensation, training, leave, dismissal, etc.

Here are some guidelines for setting up HR policies:
Establish an HR department or governing party.
Determine the needs of your employees.
Check all local, state, federal and industry-related laws and regulations.
Communicate policies to your employees.
Key Elements for HR Policies:
Guidelines for supervisors and managers.
Organizational goals and values.
Systems to regularly review changes that may affect employees.
Context for various programs and benefits, such as professional development and onboarding programs.
Clear steps to implement policies.
There are many pre-requisites of every post to be promoted for in Pakistan International airlines. Workshop on Human Resource Policy is one of those for the promotion to Manager Engineering I did in 2002 from PIM Lahore. Overall environments of the Institute were very friendly but with absolute discipline. The most enjoyable period used to be Tea Break where we could have snacks too along with friendly chats with students from other industries and organizations all over Pakistan.
