There are many pre-requisites of every post to be promoted for in Pakistan International airlines. Workshop on Human Resource Policy is one of those for the promotion to Manager Engineering I did in 2002 from PIM Lahore. Overall environments of the Institute were very friendly but with absolute discipline. The most enjoyable period used to be Tea Break where we could have snacks too along with friendly chats with students from other industries and organizations all over Pakistan.
