As
Senior Instructor Management Training I was asked to design a course to
teaching officials of Royal Nepal Airlines.

The
course was designed and approved just a day before the official’s arrival from
Nepal. Started the class right in time the very next day without any problem as
I have been delivering lectures earlier from time to time to my own airline’s
officials for different subjects. All the eight students from Nepal belonged to
Nepal but different villages except one who was from Katmandu. Despite a solid
base of international interaction, none of them was good in speaking English
language causing a little hindrance in Q & A with me but there was no other
option similar to mine interaction with other countries teachers, final exam
result was quite satisfactory though.
Students’
team leader was very social by nature, gifts were exchanged traditionally along
with sightseeing and a trip to Clifton Beach they enjoyed very much.
Very good!
